Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Standard/Flexible Rate: Guests can cancel free of charge up to 15 days before arrival. If cancelled within 15 days prior to arrival (from day 14 onwards), the guest will be charged the total amount of the reservation. In case of a no-show, the full booking amount will also be charged.

Non-Refundable Rate: Guests will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time after booking.
